How do we secure my booking?
​
Full payment is required to secure your booking. There are no refunds!​

How does after booking work?
​
We will take care of the set-up and have it ready upon arrival. We’ll be at the site to greet you and make sure nobody else decides to have your picnic! We will leave after you are settled and return once your picnic reservation ends. Once we return to pack up, you are free to leave and enjoy the rest of your day or evening.

What happens if we show up late?
​
Your picnic starts at the scheduled time you selected during your booking. We understand life isn’t perfect, so we give a 10 min grace period.

Can we leave prior to our scheduled time?
​
Yes! If you would like to leave earlier than the plan, please provide 30 mins notice by call or text. However, you are responsible for the items until we return to pack them up at the arranged time.

Can you set up anywhere?
​
How we wish! However, we do require a location to be within 50 yds of vehicle access. Currently, we are serving picnics throughout the Houston Area. Contact us if you have concerns about your picnic place.

Do you provide food, beverages or ice?
​
We do have a partnership with Chef Sha' for small delectables in our add on menu. Our main focus is to make sure your picnic is styled aesthetically. We encourage you to bring your own favorite dishes. Whether it’s a home-made cuisine or a to-go box, with the beautiful picnic table we set up for you, you will have your customized fine dining experience.

Is alcohol allowed?
​
Depends on the location. Per our Luxe policy the details of what is allowed is the responsibility of the customer.

Can we bring our own food and beverages?
​
Yes, of course!!!
​
How do I order cheese boards or food?
​
Chacuterie boards and LUXE boxes can be added through our booking form. We believe that this decision will guarantee you the maximum flexibility in the type of food you envision for your picnic.

Rescheduling and Cancellation/Rain & Wet Weather

All bookings are paid in full prior to the picnic.

In the case of rain/wet weather, the Client has up to 72 hours prior to the Picnic Date to decide if they want to make alternate arrangements at an indoor location or reschedule the event.

Any add on services such as fresh flowers and balloon installations needs to be rescheduled a week before the event.

The Client has a 6 month limit following the cancelled event for rescheduling and must be of equal or higher value.

Luxe Picnics will apply the Client's 100% payment toward this rescheduled event if it is within 6 months of the original event date.

If Luxe Picnics is not notified of cancellation, intent of rescheduling or change in venue a minimum of 72 hours hours prior to Event Date, no refunds of any kind will be provided.

In the case the weather forecast predicts wet weather, LUXE Picnics will not assemble items outdoors.
